Factory ERP · Made in India
Run your factory and its accounts in one system.
ERP software for manufacturers — stores, purchase, production, quality, sales, GST accounts and payroll on one login, on a computer or a phone. Your books update themselves as stock moves, so nothing is typed twice into Tally or Excel.
No card needed to start. No spreadsheets to reconcile.
One system instead of five.
Most factories run on Excel sheets, paper registers, a separate accounting package and a separate salary tool — and lose hours copying figures from one to the next.
Live stock in every store
By batch and serial number, updated the moment material is received, issued or shipped.
Work orders on the shop floor
Each station signs off its work on a tablet, a phone or a barcode scanner; scrap and rework are recorded where they happen.
Accounts that post themselves
Purchases, production, sales and payments post to the ledger on their own, with your GST reports ready.
Attendance and payroll built in
Punch machines, shifts, leave, overtime and payslips — in the same system, from the same people records.
Everything a factory runs on.
For manufacturers that make, assemble or process goods — one plant or several. Every part works on the same data, so a figure entered once is right everywhere.
Inventory & stores
Stock per store, batches, serial numbers, rack locations and reorder levels.
Purchase
Requisitions, supplier quotations, purchase orders, gate entry, goods receipt and vendor bills.
Production
Bills of materials, work orders, station-by-station routing, a shop-floor kiosk, scrap and rework.
Quality
Inspections, checksheets, first-piece approval, rejection reasons and corrective actions.
Sales & dispatch
Quotations, sales orders, delivery challans, e-way bill numbers, invoices and exports.
Accounts & GST
An automatic ledger, receivables and payables, GST reports and tax set-off, fixed assets.
Attendance & payroll
Punch machines, shifts, leave, overtime and payslips.
Maintenance
Machines, breakdowns, preventive maintenance and spares.
Planning
Material requirements and the monthly production plan.
Plant view
Your plant live in 3D, for the office and the TV on the shop-floor wall — see below.
After-sales
Optional module: a service desk, dealers and repair shops, and a QR code on every product — see below.
AI assistant
Ask “who owes us money?” in your own language; photograph a bill to get a draft order.
How one order flows.
At every step, stock and accounts update by themselves — nobody copies a figure from one place to another.
Buy
Raise a purchase order, receive the goods at the gate and check them in — the stock and the supplier’s bill land in the books.
Make
Issue materials to a work order; each station records what it built, what it rejected and why.
Check
Quality inspects along the way; only passed goods move on, and rejects are costed to the department that caused them.
Ship & bill
Dispatch on a delivery challan, raise the GST invoice, and follow the payment until it is received.
The whole idea, in one line
A factory doesn't have a shop floor and a back office. It has one truth, moving.
Each station approves its work before the next one starts.
The way a real plant works — categorized into plants, departments and machines, so what one hand does, the next hand can trust.
Station QA gates
Press makes it, QA passes it, then — and only then — it moves to Weld. Rejects rework or scrap with the loss booked to the department that caused it.
Serial traceability
Every unit carries a serial from the line to the customer it shipped to. A recall is a query, not a week. In-stock serials always equal good on-hand.
Plant A never touches Plant B
Production in one plant is approved by that plant's own QA, drawn from its own stores, costed to its own books — exactly like two real buildings.
Accounts that update themselves.
Nobody journals a production run. The run journals itself — double-entry, balanced by construction, tied to the trial balance to the last decimal.
A press operator draws steel
Material leaves the department store at its moving-average cost. The shelf is right before the operator has walked back to the machine.
QA passes 2,940 of 3,000
The good units flow on; the 60 rejects park as a real, valued loss with a reason code — attributed to the station that caused it.
The batch completes
Finished units enter stock at their true built cost — material plus the conversion each station added. WIP nets to exactly zero.
Tax, costing and the P&L are already done
Input tax credit claimed only on what you kept — a scrapped reject's credit blocked automatically, per your tax regime. The month-end close is a review, not a rebuild.
Fast, even with years of data.
Load-tested on a full year of a heavy plant — three million stock movements, a million serials, a million-plus journal lines — and every screen a worker touches still answered in under five milliseconds.
Your whole plant, live, on one screen.
A live 3D picture of your factory, drawn on its own from the departments, machines and stores you have set up — nothing to lay out, no sensors to fit. Every machine shows running, idle or down from what your floor records: operators clocked on, units scanned, breakdowns reported. There is no money on it, so it can hang on the shop-floor wall.
In the order your work flows
Sections stand in the order your work orders travel — press, weld, paint, assembly, dispatch — read from your own routings. An admin can set the order by hand.
Running, idle or down
A lamp on every machine, from operators’ clocks, station scans and breakdown reports. A stoppage says how long it has been down and whether anyone is on it yet.
Six numbers and the targets
Made today, machines running, rejections, dispatches, people present and decisions waiting — with today’s, this week’s and this month’s targets against what has passed final inspection.
Its vehicles move only when stock does
Forklifts, trolleys and lorries appear only when the records say stock moved in the stores, was issued to a section, came in at the gate or went out on a delivery. If the readings stop, the picture stops and says so.
Made for the shop-floor TV
A display login that opens nothing else. Full screen, with text sized to read from across the floor, the section cards touring by themselves, and the screen kept awake in browsers that allow it.
One picture per plant
Each plant is drawn on its own, and each person sees only the plants they cover. On a phone, the same plant reads as a list.
AI help, always checked by a person.
Every AI here reads your own live data, fences itself to exactly what your role may see, and hands you a draft to approve — because in this system a signature moves money, not a chat message. Ask in your own language.
Your factory, in plain words
"Who owes us money? How many came in today? What happened to the 40T press before? Anything suspicious this month? What should I set up next?" — answered from your live data, fenced to your role, never a figure invented.
Photograph a bill, get a draft order
Snap a vendor invoice or challan and it reads the vendor, the lines and the amounts into a draft purchase order for you to confirm. No re-typing what a supplier already printed.
The bank statement reads itself
Paste a month of bank lines: exact names and amounts match first, then AI takes on the messy remainder — each match a draft the accountant ticks. A re-pasted statement can never double-record.
A root cause, from your own history
On a non-conformance, AI drafts a plausible cause chain from this defect and your factory's own past root causes on the same part — then suggests corrective and preventive actions you turn into CAPAs. It never files one itself.
The right code, the right checklist
It picks the right tax code from your own master (never invents one — tax rides on it), drafts a machine's preventive-maintenance checklist, and reads a cryptic import spreadsheet into the right columns.
The questions worth asking
Overpayment, cost edits, hand-typed stock, sales below cost, and any one person who could complete a purchase alone — surfaced for review as questions, never as accusations. Every AI call is metered, so it can't run up a bill.
Your data stays yours. The books can’t be quietly changed.
A factory's records are its life. Every layer of this system — the infrastructure it runs on, the walls between customers, and the ledger itself — is built so that nobody, including us, can quietly touch what's yours.
A hard wall around your company
Every row of your data is scoped to your company at the query level — enforced in code and verified by automated tests. No other customer can ever read your data; there is no cross-tenant path to leak through.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Every request travels over TLS through Cloudflare's edge; the database sits on encrypted volumes with continuous backups. Nothing moves or rests in the clear.
ISO 27001 · SOC 2 · PCI DSS
Udyogya runs on DigitalOcean in Bangalore (SOC 2 Type II‑attested, in data centres certified to ISO 27001 and PCI DSS), fronted by Cloudflare (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS). Your data lives in India, in the same class of data centre as your bank's.
Every change signed and kept
Financial records are never silently edited: every change is logged with who, when and why in an append-only trail, and corrections post as visible reversals — the audit-trail discipline statutory auditors expect. Even Udyogya support access is written into your log — nobody, including us, touches your account quietly.
No single hand on the till
Maker‑checker approvals, role-based permissions down to each screen, two-factor authentication on administrative access, and login throttling. The built-in Watchdog even flags any one person who could complete a purchase alone.
AI can read. Only people post.
Every AI feature is read-only, fenced to the asking user's permissions, and metered. It drafts; a named human signs. No model can move money, stock or records on its own.
The infrastructure we run on is certified
Certifications held by the infrastructure Udyogya runs on — DigitalOcean (SOC 2 Type II) and its data centres, fronted by Cloudflare. Full compliance documentation comes with your walkthrough.
Service every unit you sell.
For manufacturers who sell through dealers and stand behind a warranty. The After-sales module runs your service desk, your dealers and the repair shops in the field, and gives every product its own QR code. It is optional — added to your plan when you need it.
Service desk
Complaints and installations, opened by your desk or by a dealer, each sent to the repair shop that covers the customer’s PIN code.
Warranty, unit by unit
Scan or type the code on the product and see which dealer it went to and whether it is still under warranty — counted from your challan, the customer’s bill or the installation, as your brand’s rule says.
Repair shops and dealers
Each repair shop gets its own login on a phone: it accepts jobs, records every visit by scanning the unit and notes the parts it fitted. Dealers get a login to raise complaints for their customers.
Fixed rates, monthly statements
Each job is paid at the fixed rate on your rate card, and every repair shop gets one statement a month.
A QR code on every product
At packing, each unit gets a QR code on its box and on its body. A buyer scans it to check the product is genuine, register the purchase, raise a complaint and see its service history; your desk and repair shops scan it to find the unit, and a copied label shows up on your Watchdog.
Purchase date, even without a bill
The dealer scans the unit at the counter, or the buyer registers it on the product page with a code sent to their phone — and the warranty can count from that day, not from your challan.
Claims from brands you make for
When you manufacture for other brands, their warranty claims against you are checked line by line against what you actually shipped them.

Three plans. Per plant, per month.
Pick the plan that holds what your plant runs, and move up the day you need more — everything already recorded is there when you do. Only the people who do the work count: operators at the kiosk, approvers and viewers are free. A second plant costs less than the first.

Questions owners ask first.
Anything else — book a walkthrough and ask us directly.
Does it handle GST?
Yes. GST tax invoices, GST reports, the monthly tax set-off, and e-way bill numbers on delivery challans.
Can we bring our existing data?
Yes. Copy your sheet from Excel (or an export from Tally, Busy or Marg) and paste it in. The software recognises your column names by itself; you link any it doesn’t know to our fields once, and it reads in every row — items, customers, suppliers, opening stock and balances.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, every screen works on a phone. On the shop floor a phone camera works as the barcode scanner.
Do we install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on any computer or phone; we host it, back it up and keep it up to date.
We have more than one plant.
Each plant keeps its own stores, people and GST registration, with one set of books for the company.
Which languages?
Menus in English, Hindi or Spanish, chosen by each person.
How do we start?
Start the free 30-day trial and set up your plants, people and items yourself — or book a walkthrough and we’ll help load your data.
Ready when your floor is
Run the plant. The books keep themselves.
Bring a month of your own data. We'll load it, run a plant beside your current system, and let the trial balance make the argument.
Signing up opens your workspace right away — build your plants, people and item masters while we call to activate the rest.
