FEATURES · COMPARED OCTOBER 2026
Every feature, and how it compares
Everything Udyogya does, grouped the way a factory runs, with the plan that holds each part. Below it, how that compares with systems manufacturers in India often weigh it against.
Production Every plan
- Work orders
- From a sales order or on their own; quantities linked to orders many-to-many, and a shortfall stays open until it is short-closed.
- BOMs and routes
- Multi-level bills of material with routed steps per work centre, edited in place while orders already made keep what they froze.
- The shop-floor kiosk
- Operators start, stop and sign off their own steps on a tablet, phone or PC, and pick the line on a multi-line work centre; a role allowed to can hold several jobs at once.
- Clocks and station time
- Kiosk clocks time each station; running time is the clocks laid over each other, and that is what bills unless hours are typed. Waiting is shown but never billed. Forgotten clocks close by a rule.
- Station QA gates and first piece
- A step can need a QA tick before it counts; first-piece approval goes operator → quality, with the Quality head's countersign as a switch, and only the first piece stops the line.
- Rework bench
- Rework is logged on the same order and closes only on what was recovered; remakes are for scrapped units only.
- Top-ups, balances and catch-ups
- Extra material drawn mid-order, and balance and catch-up orders when a run falls short.
- Backflush
- Material is drawn as each routed step completes, at the step that uses it.
- Co-products
- One run that yields several outputs splits its cost by share, giving each output its own cost, lot and serials.
- Material check at booking
- A new work order says at once if its store is short and offers the material request; a short material can be substituted.
Stores Every plan
- Item codes
- System-generated codes from a category master that also sets the ledger account; exact duplicates refused and near ones warned, company-wide.
- Stores per plant
- A main receiving store per plant, department stores, rack and bin locations for what is physically there.
- Goods inward
- Gate entry, then the person who asked signs for the goods and the purchaser decides what is rejected.
- Issues, returns and transfers
- Material requests into department stores, returns, and transfers between stores and plants with their challans.
- Shelf levels and ageing
- Minimum and maximum per store, reorder levels, and FIFO ageing of what sits on the shelf.
- Consumption sheets
- Departments draw consumables, posted at the draw at a frozen price, building their own monthly sheet for sign-off.
- Gate register
- Numbered gate entries and printed gate passes for goods in, dispatches out and returns to suppliers.
- Batches and serials
- Batch and serial tracking from receipt: beep the vendor's plate, paste their list, or print your own stickers. Scanning parts into products at the station is Traceability.
Purchase Every plan
- Indents
- Departments request new item codes and material, with priority levels.
- Requisitions to orders
- Purchase requisitions converted into purchase orders in one step.
- Supplier quotations
- Quotations recorded against the requisition and turned into the order.

- The basic rate on the order and tax at receipt; terms and conditions per document; payment terms and MSME days.
- Debit notes
- Accepted goods sent back to the supplier on a numbered debit note, with its own gate pass.
- Vendor scorecard
- Each supplier rated on a year's real spend: rejections at goods-in, price against other vendors, delivery days and supplier-caused scrap.
- Supply history
- Who has supplied each part, at what rate and when, searchable by item or vendor.
- SubcontractingProfessional · Complete
- Material sent out for job work and received back against the order.
- Supplier claimsProfessional · Complete

Sales Every plan
- Quotations to orders
- Customer quotations converted to sales orders, with terms per document.
- Enquiries
- Each enquiry logged before any price, with its source, owner and follow-up day; quoted in one click, with received, quoted and won counted.
- Price hints
- Under each price box: what this customer last paid, what they were last quoted and how it ended, the list price, and a warning below cost.
- Order book
- Every line still to ship, marked can ship, competing or short, with the work orders and purchase orders bringing it.
- Dispatch
- Delivery challans against the order; split shipments where the company switches them on.
- Tax invoices and credit notes
- Tax invoices and credit notes, on papers that print alone.
- Exports
- Orders and invoices in the customer's currency, under your LUT where you have one.

Every plan has the basics; Professional and Complete have the rest.
- Incoming inspection
- Inspect receipts before they reach stock; reject, return or accept with a reason.

Compared with others
What each system holds in the product its own vendor sells, from that vendor's published material as we read it in October 2026. A vendor's partners may sell add-ons that fill a gap; those are not counted here.

Where others show ◐ for after-sales, their material describes service calls run by the company's own technicians; we found no network of outside repair shops with its own app, nor a page the buyer reaches by scanning the product.
