REFUNDS & CANCELLATION · LAST UPDATED 7 SEPTEMBER 2026

Refunds & Cancellation

How to stop paying for Udyogya, what happens to your data when you do, and the cases where money comes back. Written plainly, because a refund policy nobody can follow is not a policy.

In one line. Nothing renews by itself, you can stop whenever you like, and we refund a first payment within 7 days, any duplicate payment in full, and any period we failed to deliver.

1. How the subscription works

  • Every company starts with a free trial of 30 days. No card, no commitment, nothing to cancel if you walk away.
  • After that you pay monthly, in advance, or a year at once for the price of 11 months.
  • There is no auto-renewal. We hold no card mandate and no standing instruction. Each period is paid deliberately by you, online or by bank transfer.

2. Cancelling

To cancel, simply do not pay for the next period — or tell us, so we stop sending invoices and reminders. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee, and no form to chase.

What happens then:

  • You keep full access to the end of the period you have paid for, plus a 7-day grace period.
  • After that the account becomes read-only. Every screen still opens and every figure is still there; nothing new can be saved. Nothing is deleted at this point — a factory is never locked out of its own records for not paying.
  • You can export your data at any time, including while read-only.
  • If you ask us to close the account, your data is kept for 90 days and then permanently deleted. Ask within that window and we will export it for you first.
  • Come back later and pay, and the account picks up exactly where it stopped.

3. When we refund

Subscription fees are prepaid, so the general rule is that a period already begun is not refunded. The exceptions, which we honour without argument:

SituationWhat you get
You change your mind after your first payment, within 7 days of itFull refund of that payment
Duplicate or double payment, or a payment for the wrong periodFull refund of the extra, always
Money left your account but the subscription did not extendWe extend it, or refund in full — your choice
We failed to deliver — a prolonged outage caused by us, or a feature withdrawn that you paid forA pro-rata credit or refund for the affected period
You paid for a year and cancel part-wayA pro-rata refund of the whole unused months, less any discount the yearly rate gave you, at our discretion and in good faith

What is not refunded

  • A month already begun, or users and plants added mid-period — the meter counts them from the day they exist.
  • Periods where the account was available and simply went unused. We will tell you if we notice a company paying for something nobody signs into.
  • Accounts terminated by us for a serious breach of the Terms of Service.

Grace days are not free days. If you pay during the 7-day grace period, the new period runs from the date the last one ended, not from the day you paid — so paying a few days late never costs you, and never gains you, a period.

4. How to ask for a refund

  1. Write to us at akshat.sajwan12@gmail.com, or message +91 63676 36814, with your company name and the invoice number (it looks like INV/26-27/0001).
  2. We reply within 3 business days, and either refund or explain why not.
  3. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method — the same card, UPI id or bank account — within 5 to 7 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
  4. Refunds are made in the currency you paid in. Bank or gateway charges on the original payment are not refundable by us.
